Due to the limited nature of our releases and inventory, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order details, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

In the event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at newedenluxury@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist accordingly.
