SHIPPING POLICY — NEW EDEN

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume releases, launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

NEW EDEN is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

NEW EDEN is not responsible for international shipping delays caused by customs processing.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NEW EDEN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as pre-order or made-to-order may require additional production and fulfillment time. Estimated shipping timelines will be stated on the product page when applicable.
